1. 'Texas 3' dominates Iranian box office

The Iranian comedy 'Texas 3' is ruling the box office, with 'Don't Be Embarrassed 2', 'Intoxicated by Love', and 'Alligator Blood' following closely behind.

2. Hamid Nematollah begins pre-production of 'Visage'

Iranian director Hamid Nematollah has started the pre-production phase of his new film 'Visage' after obtaining the making license.

The project, temporarily named 'Visage', is co-written by Nematollah and Hossein Farrokhzadeh.

3. 'Once Upon a Time, Abadan' set for cinematic release

'Once Upon a Time, Abadan', the debut film by Hamidreza Azarang, is ready to hit the big screen soon.

Co-produced by Azarang, Abdollah Eskandari, and Ali Owji, the film features renowned actors Fatemeh Motamed-Arya and Mohsen Tanabandeh.

The movie has received seven Crystal Simorgh nominations at the 39th edition of the Fajr Film Festival and has been praised for its performances.

4. 'Light Blue' releases official teaser

'Light Blue', directed by Babak Khajeh-Pasha, has published its official trailer alongside its big screen release in Iran.

The film, starring Mehran Ahmadi and Sara Hatami, follows the discovery of a rare turquoise that leads the protagonist on a perilous journey.

5. 'Japanese Alley' hits screens nationwide

'Japanese Alley', directed by Amir-Hossein Saqafi and produced by Ali-Akbar Saqafi, is premiered in cinema halls nationwide on Wednesday, June 12.

The film stars Majid Mozaffari, Reza Yazdani, and Shida Yousefi.

Its intriguing tagline reads "Tonight, I am invited to a place where you are not even considered a doorman".

6. Trailer released for Mehran Modiri's '6 O'clock in the Morning'

The first trailer for Mehran Modiri's latest film, '6 O'clock in the Morning', has been unveiled.

Produced by Ali Owji, the film is expected to be one of the year's top sellers.

The movie features a socially charged storyline designed by Abbas Rafei and Owji.

7. Filming begins for 'Highway Deer'

Production has started for the social drama 'Highway Deer', produced and directed by Abolfazl Safari.

The film stars Elnaz Shakerdoust, Navid Pourfaraj, and Sadaf Espahbodi.

With Alireza Barazandeh as director of photography and Iman Omidvari as make-up designer, 'Highway Deer' is anticipated to premiere at the 43rd edition of the Fajr Film Festival.

8. 'My Name is Love' to hit big screens soon

'My Name is Love', directed by Hossein Doumari and Pedram Pour-Amiri and produced by Mojtaba Rashvand, has received its screening permit and will soon hit movie theaters nationwide.

The romantic movie, a favorite at the 41st Fajr International Film Festival, stars Elnaz Shakerdoust, Vahid Rahbani, and Pejman Jamshidi.

The movie is expected to be released in July.
